The Customer Care Department (CCD) is key for serving Mercy Medical Clinic customers. The CCD comprises the Help Desk, Reception, Call Centre, Online Services, Clinical and General Operations, and among others. The customer service at MMC is built on 7 core values also known as ECECIDP namely Excellency, Confidentiality, Empathy, Compassion, Innovation, Dignity, and Patient-centeredness. The CCD is made up of a team of young, passionate, self-motivated, compassionate front officers whose major role is to receive and orient patients, with the sense that the way we receive, orient, and care for our patients is the basis of effective medication.
